The offerings of the Curtis Gallery are, primarily, one-of-a-kind original or limited edition art and photography by talented artisans. Our objective is to have these offerings move to collector ownership based on the collector’s desire and appreciation for such offerings. We strive to have such transfers, from our Gallery to collector, occur only when the collector has decided, without reservation, that he or she wishes to add the offering to their personal or institutional collection.
Therefore, the Gallery has no returns policy. We do not accept returns once a sale transaction between the Gallery and a collector is final. And, the transaction is final when the collector takes possession at the Gallery or receives the acquired offering via scheduled delivery.
However, the Gallery does have a procedure for a collector to receive an offering ‘for approval’, such to be determined on a case by case arrangement with a collector.
