The Arapaho were a far-ranging people and lived on the Great Plains in what is now Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska and Kansas. There are two Arapaho tribes today; the Northern and the Southern. Curtis created five (5) copper photogravure plates during his visits with the Arapaho and four (4) remain available to collectors today.
